Diversity Festival

Case overview
DiversityFestival is one of the boldest cultural events in the region, bringing together major names in Polish hip-hop like Kabe and Reto. The organizers approached us with a clear goal: streamline ticket sales and build hype for the event online. We designed and deployed a custom website focused on conversions and simplicity, ensuring fans could easily access key event information and purchase tickets without friction. This project wasn’t just about a landing page — it was about creating an efficient sales engine that matched the energy of a festival with a strong identity and rapidly growing fanbase.
Involvement

The Brief

The client needed a modern, mobile-friendly platform that served three main purposes:

  • Sell tickets directly, without paying excessive fees to third-party providers.

  • Present event details clearly: artists, lineup, location, time.

  • Amplify the digital presence of the festival and drive organic traffic from local audiences.

They also asked us to stay close to the urban, high-energy aesthetic of the event — bold visuals, sharp typefaces, and a layout that grabs attention in the first second.

Our Approach

Using Python – Django as the base CMS (for speed and simplicity), we integrated a lightweight e-commerce layer to process ticket orders and track conversions. The site was launched within a short timeframe to match the festival’s campaign calendar.

We also created promotional banners for Social Media and launch teasers to boost visibility and click-through rates in paid campaigns and on social media.

Implementation highlights:

  • Built and deployed the full site in under 14 days

  • Integrated Google Analytics + Facebook Pixel for ad tracking

  • Optimized for mobile-first users (80%+ of traffic)

  • Collaborated with the event team on daily design tweaks and content updates

The Results

In just one month, the new site sold out early bird tickets and handled thousands of visitors with zero downtime. Compared to the previous edition’s ticketing via external platforms, the direct sales model saved the organizers thousands in commissions and gave them full control over analytics and promotions.

But the biggest result? Visibility. The site became a digital hub for the entire event — receiving shoutouts from artists, mentions on social media, and earning hundreds of organic shares.
